Case-I, As per Government circular, Mannagaon Union Parishad under the district or Sunamgonj has prepared a vulnerable Group Development (VGD) list. Amina Begum, Village- Gopalpur, Unon-Mannargaon Upazila-Dowara, Dist.-Sunamgonj has checked the VGD list and found some extreme poor left from the list. Then she has communicated with the UP member and requested him to enroll these extreme poor for VGD, but UP member did not agree to enroll the extreme poor who have selected by the Amina Begum. 

Amina Begum met with UP chairman and UP secretary for the fact. By hearing all speech of Amina, Chairman called the member and said to check the list again. Finally UP member has enrolled these three name in VGD list who were Amina Begum, Rokeya Begum, Khonbol Banu.
